The sole purpose of Vecturo is to provide technical assistance, web development, and digital marketing advisory to help independent local storefronts establish and elevate their digital visibility.
Because brand equity, customer perception, market reactions, and external platform behaviors (such as Google search ranking fluctuations, consumer reviews, or directory algorithm modifications) are governed by variables outside of any third party's direct control, Vecturo is not responsible, liable, or legally accountable for any perceived or actual loss of brand reputation, business goodwill, revenue variances, customer attrition, or commercial outcomes. All services, audits, consultations, and implementations are provided on an advisory and technical enablement basis. Clients maintain exclusive and ultimate executive control over their business operations, customer service, and brand voice.
Vecturo does NOT request, access, process, or store sensitive financial credentials, bank account numbers, credit/debit card information, or private account passwords.
We deal solely with basic, public-facing business details (business name, location, contact email, and telephone) voluntarily submitted for the preparation of discovery sessions, local audits, or technical web development. You should never send financial or private banking data to Vecturo or any of its representatives.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at vecturo.in, utilizing our free Profit Leak Calculator, requesting a local digital audit, booking a video discovery session, or retaining our technical development and advisory services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. Vecturo Technologies operates as a technical web engineering and local search visibility advisory consultancy. Our core services comprise:

3 Limitation of Liability & Brand Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- No Liability for Brand Loss or Reputation: Vecturo, its employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or costs arising from any perceived or actual loss of brand equity, negative customer reviews, public perceptions, or brand reputation. Our role is strictly to help and advise businesses in adopting standard web technologies.
- No Guarantee of Specific Sales or Foot Traffic: While our technical audits and strategies are designed using industry-recognized optimization standards, we do not guarantee specific monetary sales figures, foot traffic counts, customer conversion ratios, or commercial revenue gains. Local market dynamics, product quality, customer service, pricing, and economic climates remain entirely within the client's domain.
- Consequential & Indirect Damages: Under no circumstances will Vecturo be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our recommendations, websites, or deliverables.
4 Third-Party Search Engines & Directory Platforms
You understand and agree that Vecturo does not own, manage, or hold proprietary influence over Google, Alphabet Inc., Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Meta, or any third-party search engine or review repository:
- Third-party platform algorithms, ranking algorithms, verification protocols, review moderation policies, and feature rollouts are outside Vecturo's jurisdiction and may change at any time without warning.
- Vecturo builds and configures assets according to official public documentation (e.g., Google Search Essentials); however, ultimate listing approvals, local 3-Pack rankings, and map pin placements are determined solely by the respective third-party algorithms.
5 Local SEO Compliance Standards
Vecturo is firmly committed to ethical, transparent, white-hat digital engineering. All recommendations, codebases, and local optimizations deployed by Vecturo strictly adhere to the following standards:
We only optimize verified, legitimate physical storefront locations and service territories. We do not create artificial shell locations or virtual forwarding addresses.
We adhere strictly to Google Webmaster Guidelines. We reject keyword stuffing, hidden text, automated citation spam, and manipulative cloaking.
We advocate for genuine customer feedback. We strictly prohibit fake review generation, bot review farms, and deceptive review gating techniques.

6 Client Responsibilities
To facilitate advisory work and website development, the client agrees to:

- Maintain timely review and sign-off on delivered design proofs and staging links.
7 Intellectual Property & Ownership
You retain 100% full ownership of your pre-existing trademarks, trade names, business logos, product imagery, and registered domain names. Upon full settlement of agreed project deliverables, all customized web layout code, graphics, and written assets prepared specifically for your project become your property for deployment.
8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to our advisory services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
